We took start in year 2001 with least possible resources. Our sole asset was one computer (pentium I - 200MMX) and gifted talent to create. The goal was set to become the world's most respected and authoritative web design firm.

Rana
has driven DotsLinker as a concept oriented design firm so that
it may lead through its novel and inspiring designs when it comes
to the over all advancement of this emerging form of digital art.
DotsLinker has a certain edge over its competitors that it is
lead by a person who himself is a trend-setter designer and whose
presence is felt in graphic design world and a team of designers
which is driven by a vision. We at DotsLinker believe in projects that may
enhance our share to the new concepts and horizons in designing
and not necessarily to the volume.
Company name - DotsLinker
DotsLinker is a combination of two words "Dots" and "Linker" (i.e., the person who links dots / points together).
Background concept
Creativity is an attribute related to the God. He gifted the man with one of his primary abilities, "to make something from nothing". Its the nature itself that guides and sends signals to us and then, some of us (creatives) having the required ability to receive those signals interpret those signals into various forms of arts.
Dot
Explaining from the technological aspect, we refer DOT as a 'pixel' (Picture Element). Even being a single entity, it has the ability to show different colors over time. Means, it has the ability to be novel and different every single time.
Linker
A person who has the ability to integrate imagination into technology and deliver results in reality. Better he links, better picture (design) he creates.
Summary
Figure 1.1 shows a mascot with raised arms trying to catch / receive. Hands are curved in. Two circular shapes in gold color are the ideas, signals andguidelines that an artist is being gifted. Size of those signals is equal to the size of the head (intelligence) of mascot itself which means, the artist will receive only which he can understand, has ability to handle and can manage. Figure 1.2. The feet are pointed downwards to demonstrate "on-our-toes" (proactive, focused and determined) position.
The entire body of this mascot is like two links joined together.(fig 1.1)
Figure 1.3 shows an elegant type face suitable for this logo symmetry and two dots on 'i' symbolize another point of reception (team). The long legged 'k' beautifully stylized the entire type face.
Results
This logo won 9 international web awards from various institutions and inspired various designers to incorporate similar mascot shape in logo forms.
